This is what you have been building up to for the last 40 weeks. The first days and weeks after your baby has arrived are magical but also extremely tiring. Knowing what lies ahead can help with your recovery and learn how to deal with your new baby.

One of the first things to consider is how to feed your baby and being informed about your choice is important. We will take you through some of the basics of caring for your newborn such as bathing, changing diapers and caring for the cord stump.
