Terms and Conditions for Huggies® Refer A Friend Program November 2022 

 
  1. This promotion is organized by Kimberly-Clark Singapore (KCS).
  2. Promotion details:
    1. Promotion period: 18 Nov - 8 Dec 2022
    2. Free Huggies® Baby Wipes giveaways are only applicable when an existing Huggies® Club member (“Referrer”) refers pregnant women, or mums with babies up to 3 months old (“Referee”), to sign up to the Huggies® Club Singapore.
    3. A referral is only defined as successful (“Successful Referral”) when the following three criteria are met:
      • The Referee is expecting a baby or has a child 3 months old or under as of the registration date
      • The Referee signs up to the Huggies® Club by visiting the unique link provided within the EDM, and/or SMS
      • The Referee is a new, first-time member of the Huggies® Club
    4. For every Successful Referral, both the existing Huggies® Club member (“Referrer”), and the Referee, will each be sent a pack of Huggies® Pure Clean Baby Wipes (16 sheets) for free.
    5. There will be a total of 700 free packs of Huggies® Pure Clean Baby Wipes (16 sheets) to be given away.
    6. There is no limit to the number of Referees that a Referrer may get to join the Huggies® Club. For example, if a Referrer gets 50 Referees to join the Huggies® Club within the stipulated time period, the Referrer will be sent 50 free packs of Huggies® Pure Clean Baby Wipes (16 sheets), whilst stocks last.
    7. When a sign up is successful, both the Referee and the Referrer will receive a Huggies® EDM confirming the successful sign up, as well as the delivery of the free packs of Huggies® Pure Clean baby wipes (16 sheets).
    8. Only Successful Referrals up to the 8 Dec 2022 will be considered valid for this giveaway.
    9. For every Successful Referral, both the existing Huggies® Club member (“Referrer”), and the Referee, will each receive 1 lucky draw entry to stand a chance to win a JBL Kids JR310BT Headphones (Green) worth $79.90.
    10. There will be a total of 1 unit of JBL Kids JR310BT Headphones (Green) worth SGD$79.90 to be given away.
    11. The Referrer with the highest number of Successful Referrals (“Top Referrer”) will win a set of JBL Live Pro 2 TWS earbuds and a JBL Flip 6 Speaker worth SGD$458.
    12. In the event that there are more than 1 Top Referrers, with the same number of Successful Referrals, Huggies® will break the tie by selecting 1 top Referrer through a draw.
    13. Winners will be contacted directly by KCS, and prizes will be fulfilled within two (2) to six (6) weeks from the end of the contest.
  3. KCS shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the relevant promotion.
  4. KCS's decision on all mailers relating to the promotion shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the customers with relevant eligible entries, KCS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
  5. KCS reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned.
  6. This promotion is open to all except staff and immediate family members of KCS and their advertising / promotion agencies.
  7. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. KCS is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may suffer or sustain as a result of the promotion or accepting the reward(s).
  8. The value of the reward is accurate as at the date of printing. KCS is not responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
